Terms & Conditions for Extra-Curricular Activities
1. Registration and Fees
Parents/guardians must complete the enrolment form and submit the required fees to enrol their child in the extracurricular classes. Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
2. Schedule and Attendance
Classes will be held on specified days and times as outlined in the class schedule.
Regular attendance is crucial for the child's progress. Parents should inform the school in advance if their child will be absent. Makeup classes will not be provided for children who are absent. It is the responsibility of parents/guardians to ensure their child’s regular attendance.
3. Code of Conduct
Children are expected to behave respectfully towards instructors, staff, and classmates.
Bullying, disruptive behaviour, or any form of misconduct will not be tolerated.
4. Safety and Liability
Parents/guardians are responsible for their child's safety before and after classes.
The school is not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur during the classes.
5. Communication
Parents will receive updates and important information via school app or email.
6. Changes and Cancellations
The school reserves the right to make changes to the schedule or curriculum if necessary.
Classes may be cancelled due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, in which case makeup classes will be provided.
7. Photography and Media Consent
By enrolling their child, parents give consent for the school to use photos or videos of the child for promotional purposes.
8. Agreement
By enrolling their child in the extracurricular classes, parents/guardians agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
